Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they:
- Are unused and unworn
- Are in original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Are not marked as final sale
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized products
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@laurendulles.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
